Shipping & Delivery

At NuruPendo, we are committed to getting your stylish Two-piece Sets, Tops, and Pants to you efficiently and securely. This policy outlines our standard shipping procedures.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.

Shipping Method & Destinations

We currently offer Standard Shipping to most international destinations. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch):

  • North America: 10-18 Business Days
  • Europe: 12-20 Business Days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 14-22 Business Days
  • Rest of World: 15-30 Business Days

Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are possible and beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your items and the destination country. The cost will be displayed clearly during checkout before you complete your purchase. There is currently no free shipping promotion.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from [email protected] containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to correct an address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Changes are only possible if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse it or note the damage with the carrier. For lost packages, please allow for the full estimated delivery window to pass before contacting us. Report any issues to [email protected] with your order number and details, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
