At NuruPendo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our Two-piece Sets, Tops, and Pants. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received: unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
- In the original packaging.
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items like underwear or swimwear unless they are defective. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
- Gift cards.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or wear.
The Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: To start a return, please email our support team at [email protected]. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: We will email you detailed return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ship Your Item: Please securely package the item(s) and ship them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will cover all shipping costs to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
